Muscle Gaining Secrets and Jason Ferruggia

If you are looking to build quality muscle mass it is a lot easier to do when you have the correct information in front of you. With the correct information, you’ll be able to pack on muscle mass quicker than you ever thought possible.

If you’re completely frustrated with your present muscle gain, I can sympathize with you completely, and I understand the torment you are going through. I finally figured out the correct way to put on muscle mass after I had been going to the gym for years.

This is when I discovered a gentleman by the name of Jason Ferruggia. Jason has been weightlifting for more than 19 years, and that includes 14 years as an instructor. He is a professional strength & conditioning coach, trainer, lecturer and consultant. He has been featured in magazines such as Men’s Fitness, Men’s Health and Maximum Fitness.

The Following are a couple of weight lifting tips that I’ve learned from Jason. I’ve found them be extremely effective in building muscle and adding strength as quickly as possible.

Perform each specific exercise to failure utilizing the proper weight for 3 sets of 8-10 repetitions. Make sure to use free wights because they will give you the best results.

If you are not allowing for enough recovery time between your muscle building sessions, your muscles will never grow properly. Your should check your recovery methods if you find that you are not making some progress from week to week. Always allow your muscles to rest so they can keep growing.

Make sure to set goals for yourself. Think to yourself what you would like to achieve. Think to yourself where you would like to see your body in six months and then in a year? Do you want to build muscle to gain strength for a particular sport? Do you want to lift weights to look good at the beach? Do you want to lift weights to get stronger? Once you can figure out why you want to lift weights you will have a great motivator to continue lifting weights.
